The College of New Jersey Student Apartment consisted of two 75,000 s.f., 3-story brick buildings to house students in an apartment style setting. Each building consists of 42 student apartments along with common areas. Each apartment has a common sitting area, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and kitchen area.
Thomas P. Carney, Inc. was the General Contractor on this Single-Prime Contract coordinating the work of the structural steel, elevator, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and architectural sub-contractors. The project began in February 2008 and was completed for students to move into the facility in late August, 2009.
