The Delaware Valley Veterans Home project was the construction of a new 2-story, 170-bed, 116,000 s.f. extended care facility. The facility, located on Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia, is run by the Pennsylvania Department of Military & Veterans Affairs and provides residential, recreational and therapeutic services for 170 residents.
Thomas P. Carney, Inc. self-performed 40% of the contract total value, including the concrete, masonry, drywall and carpentry work.
The Delaware Valley Veterans Home was dedicated in November 2002.
